Well today a leaked ROM that Samsung has been performing on the Galaxy S2 with Android 4.0.3 and Touchwiz is on the menu. Study Below to know that how to install it on your Galaxy S2 phone.

Below there are 10 Simple steps that helps to Install Android 4.0.3 on Samsung Galaxy S2. First Read The Disclaimer at the end.
Step 1: Download both files listed below:
Unzip the ICS ROM. Place its items to your desktop for quick access later in the guide.
Step 2: If you have Samsung KIES opened, turn it off totally.
Step 3: Start ODIN.
Step 4: Shut down your Galaxy S II. Once shut down, click and hold Volume Up + Home + Powerwhile booting up to enter Download Mode.
Step 5: Join your Galaxy S2 with PC via USB. ODIN will detect it.
Step 6: Click on PDA and select: I9100_CODE_I9100XXKP8_CL42141_REV02_user_low_ship. tar.md5 which you placed on desktop in Step 1.
Step 7: Click on Mobile and select: MODEM_I9100XXKP8_REV_02_CL1092599.tar.md5
Step 8: In the same way, click CSC and select: GT-I9100-MULTI-CSC-OXAKP8.tar.md5
Step 9: Click on START.
If you adopted the guidelines then you know have ICS on your Galaxy S2, have fun and keep in mind it is a very beginning beta build, so expect bugs. I would not use it as a daily driver, but that is all up to you.

Before you start, you should note that this is first, buggy build of ICS and it’s not ideal for use as a daily driver. This only works on the global version of the Galaxy S2 and not on the Epic 4G Touch, Skyrocket or other versions.
